 Our Chinese Big Group uses the production line equipment of the joint =
venture and cooperative automotive factories we have invested in Africa to =
produce and assemble new energy vehicles. We plan to invest in CNG series =
products and new energy vehicle products in Nigeria. Products include
CNG refueling stations, CNG converter assembly plants, CNG gas cylinder =
factories, diesel engine upgrade CNG centers, and natural gas gate station =
pipeline access projects.
2. New energy CNG taxis, CNG ride-hailing vehicles, CNG bus series, and new =
energy electric vehicle series.
3. Automobile remanufacturing project. New energy CNG taxis, new energy =
electric taxis, ride-hailing vehicles, and trucks. Construction engineering =
vehicle and auto parts remanufacturing factory project.
Automobile remanufacturing is an emerging industry. We need the cooperation =
of local automobile factories in Nigeria. We plan to establish a joint =
venture assembly plant for automobiles and construction machinery and a new =
energy remanufacturing plant for automobiles and construction machinery in =
Nigeria. We welcome African enterprises with investment capabilities to =
participate in our African projects.
4. We are one of the top 500 enterprises in China and have a strong supply =
capacity. Each year, 50,000 to 100,000 sets of brand-new KD commercial and =
passenger vehicles are delivered, 100,000 to 200,000 second-hand vehicles are =
remanufactured, and over a million auto parts are remanufactured. We have the =
largest auto parts manufacturer and remanufacturing plant in China. For the =
reasons mentioned above, we need to have a strong local automotive =
manufacturing plant joint venture partner in Nigeria.
5. If the partners agree that the joint venture factory is controlled by our =
Chinese investors, we can provide credit and payment terms for the joint =
venture factory in Nigeria for 3 to 6 months. Let our joint venture car =
factory project become the first automobile manufacturing plant in Africa.
