ride-hailing companies, taxi companies, car financing companies, car service =
leasing companies, venture capital companies, and other large groups with =
economic strength and abundant social resources.

* Second-hand CNG taxis: Ex plant cost between 4,500 and 5,500 US dollars.
* Second-hand electric taxis:??Ex plant cost between?$6,500 - $8,000.
* Second-hand CNG/hybrid (CNG + electric) buses. Please refer to the catalog =

Second-and compressed natural gas/mixed power (compressed natural gas + =
electric) buses. Please refer to the product catalogue and price list.
The above-mentioned second-hand vehicles will undergo refurbishment and =
repair work. The battery range of the electric vehicles should reach 80% - =
85% of that of new vehicles ?
Quality Assurance:
Depending on the different usage duration requirements, we will calculate the =
corresponding cost of quality guarantee.
After-sales Service: We will invest in establishing an after-sales service =
center, a compressed natural gas/electric vehicle assembly plant, and a =
vehicle remanufacturing factory in Nigeria ?

Regarding the settlement and payment methods:
1.Price terms: FOB Chongqing Port, China. Payment method: T/T (transfer by =
wire). 30% down payment + remaining 70% to be paid before shipment.
2.Price terms: CIF Lagos Port, Nigeria. Our overseas warehouse in Nigeria. =
Payment method: Wire transfer. Prepayment of 50% is required before shipment =
+ remaining 50% payment should be made before picking up the goods at the =
overseas warehouse in Nigeria.
Regarding the financing lease,
We are currently seeking automotive leasing companies invested by renowned =
Nigerian banks to participate in this project. You can also recommend =
suitable automotive leasing companies or auto sales loan companies from =
Nigeria to join this project.
